This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.154 of 2021 from the file of the Inspector of Police, Nainarkovil Police Station, Ramanathapuram District to the file of the Inspector of Police, C.B.C.I.D Wing, Ramanathapuram District for proceeding further. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that after completion of investigation, the second respondent has already filed the final report in Crime No.154 of 2021 on 08.08.2021 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, but the same has not been taken on file. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
