Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.SANKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4270 of 2022 on 07.04.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on the third day of complying the condition, the petitioner met with an accident and he is not in a position to comply the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the final report has been report filed before the concerned Court and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.2 of 2021. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
