O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case on the basis of the Petitioner's complaint, dated 02.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that since the petitioner did not cooperate for enquiry, the complaint given by the petitioner was closed on 20.05.2016. He has also produced the closure report before this Court.

4. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach appropriate forum to work out his remedy.

5. Recording the above said statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is
