O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to register the FIR on the Petitioner's complaint submitted through online in petition No.IRR 1837149 dated 12.05.2018, C.S.R.No.274/2018 and lodged before the 1st respondent police and direct them to take appropriate action.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that since the petitioner did not appear for enquiry, the complaint given by the petitioner was closed.

4. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner did not receive any summons from the respondents and if the summons were served, the petitioners would appear for enquiry.

5. In the light of the above, this Court directs the third respondent to issue summons to the petitioner to appear for enquiry. On receipt of summons, the petitioner shall cooperate for enquiry.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
