This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the representations dated 12.01.2023 and 30.12.2024 and take appropriate investigation action against the 3rd respondent.
2.According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint against the third respondent before the second respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration. They will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass order.
5.According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint but the same has not been considered. The second respondent also admitted the receipt of the petitioner's complaint, it is for him to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
6.Therefore, recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's complaint and take appropriate action, within a period of fifteen days from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties, in accordance with law. 7.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 24.04.2025 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No LR 3/5
