ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.159 of 2021 from the file of the Inspector of Police, Nainarkovil Police Station, Ramanathapuram District to the file of the Inspector of Police, C.B.C.I.D Wing, Ramanthapuram District for proceeding further.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that in Crime No.159 of 2021 investigation has almost been completed and about to file a final https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9826 of 2021 report. Under these circumstances, if the investigation is transferred to any other agency, the entire investigation will be affected.

4.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to file a final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent is directed to monitor the investigation done by the second respondent. 5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
