ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to forbear the respondents from erecting Electricity Poll and Electricity Transmission Wire adjacent to the petitioner's house site situated in S.No. 510/6, Killiyoor Village, Vilavancode Taluk, Kanyakumari District.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, submitted that already an Electricity Poll has been erected and Electricity Transmission Wire has been drawn through some other route, without any disturbance to the petitioner's property to the fourth respondent's house.
