This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioners to relax the condition imposed on them by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.12283 of 2023, dated 27.09.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioners had complied with the condition for more than 200 days.
