O R D E R

This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondent police 1 to 4 not to interfere with Civil dispute between the petitioner and the 5th respondent on the basis of the representation made by the petitioner dated 23.07.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 to 4.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 4th respondent police frequently called the petitioner and harassed her under the guise of enquiry.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that no petition and no CSR is pending against the petitioner. He would further submit that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner.

5. In view of the above submission, there is no scope for harassment. Hence, recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
