The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of certiorari to quash the order, dated 25.06.2021, passed by the second respondent, transferring the petitioner from Ilayangudi to Sivagangai as Supervisor.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the impugned transfer order dated 25.06.2021, passed by the second respondent, has been cancelled subsequently and therefore, nothing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ ____________

W.P.(MD) No.11963 of 2021 survives for adjudication in this writ petition. To that effect, the learned Government Counsel has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the second respondent, dated 28.09.2021.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned Government Counsel and proceedings of the second respondent dated 28.09.2021, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
