O R D E R

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.86 of 2016 on the file of the Family Judge, Chengapattu and transfer the same to the Sub-Court, Aruppukottai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the case can be transferred to the Sub Court, Madurai.

4. In view of the submissions made on either side, the learned Family Judge, Chengalpattu is directed to transmit the entire records to the file of the Subordinate Court, Madurai within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the learned Sub Judge, Madurai, after obtaining the records on transfer, is directed to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.(MD) No.5805 of 2016 is closed.
