ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.N.MANJULA, J) Heard Mr.PT.S.Narendravasan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.D.Gandhiraj, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.RMS.Sethuraman, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the fourth respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that as per the Peace Committee Meeting held on 16.05.2024, both the parties have agreed to conduct the festival by postponing the festival on 31.05.2024 in full agreement.

3. Since the difference of opinion existed between the two parties have been settled, nothing survives for further consideration in this Writ Petition.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. (R.N.M, J.) (C.K., J.) 22.05.2024 NCC :
