The petitioner's vendor was sanctioned with electricity service connection bearing No.11301291 (Tariff LM-41) under the agriculture category.
2. The petitioner, after purchasing the property, submitted an application to transfer his name in relation to the said service connection and also to restore the electricity service connection.
3. Learned Standing counsel for the respondents submitted that the request of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

Therefore this writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the representation dated 04.04.2026 submitted by the petitioner on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.There shall be no orders as to Costs.
