Respondent Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned Auction/Tender notice in Na.Ka.No.125/2019 dated 27.05.2019 issued by the respondent in respect of the shop Nos.2, 3, 4 and 6 in serial No.4 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the respondent to renew the petitioner's lease for further period of three years upto 2020-2021.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the tender notification of the year 2019.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the period of tender was over and nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

3. Recording the submission made by both sides, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
