This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to provide necessary police protection for the survey of the petitioner's land and fixation of the boundary stones in Natham Survey No.33/440, Palayampatti Village, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District on the basis of the representation dated 01.09.2020.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the fifth respondent would submit that even though there was some issues between the fifth respondent and the petitioner over the property, that may be settled at the local level itself. He has no objection to measure the property and fix the boundary line.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is agreeable for such suggestion made by the learned counsel for the fifth respondent and he is also ready to work out the issue at the local level. Since the parties have come to compromise, there shall be an order directing the fourth respondent to measure the property after completing the formalities in the presence of the parties at the time to be fixed by the fourth respondent.
4. With the above direction, this petition is dispose of.
