2.Mr.R.Sethuraman, Learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondents.

3.This Writ Petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to remove encroachments made in T.S.No.2, Ward B, Block-5, Vaigai River (Kattu Paramakudi) Government Porampokku and the service road in the south side bank of vaigai river with assistants of all other respondents in unbiased manner on basis of petitioner's representation, dated 27.06.2018.

4.Learned Special Government Pleader seeks time towards consideration of the representation.

5.Without going into the merits of the case and recording the above submission of learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition shall stand disposed of, with a direction to third respondent to consider the representation of petitioner, dated 27.06.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
