Mr.P.Kannidevan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

2.By consent of the both parties this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 24.07.2018 to the third respondent to grant permission to conduct Debate in Tamil (Patti Mandram) on 05.08.2018 and Adal Padal event on 06.08.2018, at "SRV Kalaiarangam, Harvey Patti, Madurai" and other related events, but sofar no order has been passed. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.

4.In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion, this Court is inclined to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2018 on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 03.08.2018.
