CRL OP(MD). No.10385 of 2022 3.The ground, on which this petition came to be filed, is that suppressing the previous bad antecedents of the 1st respondent, the bail has been obtained from the trial Court. The respondent police is present before this Court and has submitted that because of some money transaction issue between the complainant and the accused person, repeated complaints have been given and the cases have been registered against each other.

4.In view of the aforesaid issue, I find absolutely no merit in this petition. Since the final report has been filed, there shall be a direction to the trial Court to process the same that has been presented by the respondent police as per rules and the compliance report must be submitted before the Registry. If any trouble is made by the respondent, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Court.

5.With the aforesaid liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
