ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his property situated in Survey No.98 in Malvaai Village, Lalgudi Taluk, Trichirappalli District, by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 31.07.2020. 2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the second respondent and based on which, an enquiry has been initiated in C.No.EAR/2007/4563 and during enquiry, if it is found protection is required, suitable action will be taken.
