PRAYER :- To modify the condition No.1 imposed in Cr.M.P.No.2819/2021 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur Dated 07.07.2021 in Crime No. 637/2021 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition no.1 imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur in Cr.M.P No.2819 of 2021 dated 07.07.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur in Cr.M.P No.2819 of 2021 dated 07.07.2021 with a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/-. which is non refundable to the credit of "Government of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister's Public Relief Fund", A/c.No.11720 1000000070 of IndianOverseas Bank, Secretariat Branch, Chennai 600009, IFSC :IOBA0001172, CMPRF PAN:AAAGC0038F through the online Portal https://ereceipt.tn.gov.in and obtain official receipt for such receipt. He would further submit that the petitioner is unable to mobilize the fund to deposit in the said account, hence he seeks modification of the said condition.

3. The condition was imposed by the learned Sessions Judge taking into consideration the nature of offence and the role played by the accused, therefore this Court is not inclined to modify the condition.

4. Hence the petition stands dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court for modification of the condition and if any such application is being filed, the learned Sessions Judge is directed to consider the pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law. sd/- 26/07/2021 / TRUE COPY / / /2021 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
