Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorari calling for the records pertaining to the letter of communication issued by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings No.Nil, dated 07/12/2018 and quash the same as illegal.
