Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side

2. The petitioner seeks free electricity service connection for the petition mentioned bore-well.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for TANGEDCO states that as and when the next announcement is made, the petitioner would definitely be given the free electricity service connection, subject to seniority.

4. When the matter was taken up, at the time of admission, the private respondents herein entered appearance and opposed the writ prayer The second respondent shall give notice to the private respondents herein before granting service connection in favour of the petitioner. The second respondent has been directed to issue notice to the private respondents so that if they have any objection, the same can be agitated in the manner known to law.
