2. By consent of both parties, these writ petitions are taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Since the issue involved in both the writ petitions are one and the same, they have been clubbed together, heard together and are being disposed of by this common order. 4.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that her representations dated 21.06.2018 and 26.06.2018 seeking to withdraw the amount lying in the joint fixed deposits for the purpose of her husband's medical expenses, have not been considered by the respondents till date and therefore, she has filed the present writ petitions.

5. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that if a direction is issued to the respondent - Bank to consider the petitioner's representations, the same would be duly complied with.

6. In view of the limited prayer sought for in these writ petitions, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 21.06.2018 and 26.06.2018 on its own merits and take further action in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above directions, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
