W.P.(MD)Nos.1385 and 13288 of 2019 C O M M O N O R D E R Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. Though, Thiru.K.Sathiyasingh, learned standing counsel has entered appearance for the respondents 3 and 4 today i.e., 31.08.2020, there is no appearance on his behalf. 2.The petitioners are the mini bus operators. They are operating the petition mentioned vehicles and they allege that the respondents are interfering with their operation. 3.I make it clear that so long as the petitioners scrupulously adhere to the permit route, the respondents cannot interfere with the said operation. The petitioners' counsel reiterated that the petitioners are plying the petition mentioned vehicle only on the permitted routes and that they are not deviating therefrom. 4.Recording the said submission, the writ petitions stand allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
