The petitioner has filed the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.47 of 2016 from the file of the Sub Court, Kallakurichi and transfer the same to the file of the Principal Sub Court, Thanjavur.

2.Both the petitioner and the respondent as well as their respective counsels were present.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondent, the matter has been settled between the parties and to that effect, a memo of compromise has been filed and signed by both the parties and their respective counsels.

4.In view of the same, memo of compromise will be treated as part and parcel of the order. Recording the same, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
