ORDER
The petitioner was issued with a licence to possess and sell the manufactured fireworks in Survey No.204/1 of Neendakarai B Village, Agastheeswaram Taluk, Kanykumari District, in the year 2017. But, the petitioner's licence was suspended by order dated 03.05.2019, pursuant to an accident that took place in the petitioner's premises in the year 2019. As against the suspension order dated 03.05.2019, the petitioner has filed this writ petition and has also obtained an order of interim stay.
2. Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondents have concluded the enquiry and also cancelled the petitioner's licence and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition. 2/4
3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
