Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 Cr.P.C. to call for records and to set-aside the order passed by the 4th Additional District Judge Madurai in Criminal RC No.31 of 2018 on 25.06.2018, confirming the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.7042, of 2017 dated 23.03.2018 in STC No.176 of 2012 by the Judicial Magistrate No.I Fast Track Court / Magisterial Level Madurai and allow this petition and consequently direct the recall the withness for enquiry in STC No.176/2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Fast Track Court / Magisterial Level, Madurai.

ORDER: Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon hearing the earlier order the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai, vide letter in D.No.768 Dt.02.04.2019 and upon appeared of Mr.S.VIJAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.VIJAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

By letter dated 02.04.2019 addressed to the Registrar (Judicial), the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai has requested further time to dispose of STC.No.176 of 2012.

2. Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended for a further period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 14.12.2018.
