This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the respondent 1 to 3 to provide necessary police protection to evict the respondents 4 to 6 from his house property, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 17.08.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 23.08.2020.
