ORDER

******** (Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) The order of the coordinate Bench was a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a stipulated time.

2. Alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by the coordinate Bench, the present contempt petition has been filed.

3. Today, when the matter was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, produced a copy of G.O.(D) No.1025 Home (Prison-IV) Department, dated 21.07.2022, whereby the petitioner's request has been considered and rejected.

4. In view of the passing of the aforesaid Government Order, we are of the view that the disobedience alleged by the petitioner, cannot be termed to be willful in nature.

5. In case the petitioner is aggrieved against the order of rejection, liberty is hereby granted to her to work out her remedy in accordance with law. With such liberty, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
