[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] In this Habeas Corpus Petition, we do not find any illegal detention of the detenu, as it is a case of elopement, followed by the marriage of the detenu with a third party. It is also the case of the husband of the petitioner, who gave a statement before the second respondent police, that he will not interfere in the life of the detenu.
