ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to furnish a copy of the CCTV footage recorded at Palaya Gandharvakottai Toll Plaza between 4.00 pm and 6.00 pm on 13.04.2025 to the petitioner herein within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. By order of this Court dated 13.04.2025 directed the NCB to procure a copy of the CCTV footage and hand over to the petitioner on payment of charges.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the CCTV footage was handed over.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
