2. Mr.S.ELago, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the 1/3

petitioner was unable to arrange sufficient sureties within a short period. Hence, the petitioner was unable to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 02.04.2025. Accordingly, he seeks two weeks time to comply with the order passed by this Court, dated 02.04.2025, made in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.4373 of 2025 in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.2645 of 2025,.

3.Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in this petition, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 03.06.2025 to comply the order passed by this Court dated 02.04.2025, made in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.4373 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2645 of 2025.
