Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court S-25. To issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other writ or direction or order in the nature of writ for pleased to direct the Respondents to take appropriate action to reimburse 75 percentage of the medical expenses insurance amount to the tune of 84,600/- rupees to the Petitioner, by considering the petitioners representation dated 30.11.2020, in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
