ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 448 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C, in Crime No.187 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.Earlier anticipatory bail application that was moved by the petitioner and the co-accused was disposed of by this Court on 02.06.2022 by granting anticipatory bail to the co-accused and dismissing the petition against the petitioner on the ground that he has 2 previous cases.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that among the above said previous 2 cases, one case was registered in 2013 and another case was registered in 2018. There was no specific overt act attributed against him.

4.But, however, I find no merit in this petition and there is no change of circumstance. Hence, the petition deserves dismissal and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
