This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 230 days in filing Criminal appeal as against the judgment of conviction passed by the learned Principal Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Madurai in C.C.No.17 of 2022, dated 28.05.2025.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.
