ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 & 506(i) of I.P.C, in Crime No.394 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that Crl.OP(MD)No.1341 of 2022 was filed by the petitioner before this Court seeking anticipatory bail and the same was also granted to him by the order, dated 03.02.2022. Again, seeking anticipatory bail, this petition came to be filed without disclosing the above said fact. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
CRL OP(MD). No.10744 of 2022 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the above said fact was not intimidated to him.
4.It is seen that Crl.MP.No.11419 of 2022 was also moved before the Trial Court by the same petitioner seeking amendment of petition. That was also dismissed due to the non-appearance of the petitioner's counsel. Since the petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail by this Court, the second anticipatory bail may not arise. Hence, the petitioner may workout his remedy before the concerned Court through appropriate proceedings. 5.With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
