ORDER

This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.401 of 2015 from the file of the Family Court, Trichy, and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Chengalpattu, Kancheepuram District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the case may be transferred to the Family Court, Chengalpattu, Kancheepuram District.

3. Recording the above submissions, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, is directed to transmit the records in H.M.O.P.No.401 of 2015 to the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu, Kancheepuram District, within a period of two weeks from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt of a copy of this order, and after obtaining the records on transfer, the learned Judge, Family Court, Chengalpattu, Kancheepuram District shall dispose of the same, as expeditiously as possible. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
