RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time limit granted by this Hon`ble Court with regard to the execution of sureties in the order of Anticipatory Bail in Crl.O.P(MD)No.4985 of 2020 vide its order dated 20.03.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.PRABHU, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court.

2. This Court, by an order, dated 20.03.2020 in Crl.OP.(MD) No.4985 of 2020, directed the petitioners to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that due to pandemic situation they were not able to surrender the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar, within the prescribed time.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent police.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances, time is extended by Two weeks from today and the petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court below on or before 01.10.2020 and also directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) to the credit of the Sri Ramakrishnan Sevalaya, Payampadi Post, 190, Kolathur, Kottivakkam, Madhurandagam, Kancheepuram - 603 309 (The Central Bank of India, Chithamur Branch Account No.2153949696, IFSC Code No.CBIN0281902) within a period of two weeks without prejudice to their rights and contentions before the trial Court. sd/- 18/09/2020 / TRUE COPY / / /2020 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
