This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 169 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 169 of 2019 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti and the same has been taken cognizance in STC No.228 of 2020.
