The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.144 of 2011 on the file of the Sub Court, Palani at Kodaikanal and transfer the same to any one of the Sub Court Judge except the Sub Court, Dindigul District. 2.In view of the memorandum of understanding signed by both the petitioner and the respondent and also based on the mediation report dated 08.11.2016, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition has become unnecessary and accordingly, the same is dismissed.
