ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This matter is listed today under the caption "for reporting compliance".

2.This Court, by an order dated 16.09.2020 in Crl.OP.(MD)No.9825 of 2020, granted bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- [Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only] to the credit of Claretian Mercy Home, Azhagusirai, Ponnamangalam (Post), Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, Union Bank of India, Kochadai Account No.493902010319538, IFSC Code No.UBIN 054939), within a period of One week without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the Trial Court.

3.Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has complied with the order passed by this Court dated 14.09.2020 and paid a sum of Rs.15,000/- to the credit of Claretian Mercy Home, Azhagusirai, Ponnamangalam (Post), Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, Union Bank of India, Kochadai Account No.493902010319538, IFSC Code No.UBIN 054939). The said submission is recorded.
