Mr.M.Karuppasamy, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

2.By consent of the both parties this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 27.07.2018 to the second respondent to grant permission and protection for Gramiya Themmangu Kacheri Program perform, by "Vijay TV Pugal Senthiklganesh & Rajalakshmi" in "Thiruvizha" scheduled to be held on 05.08.2018 at 08.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m. at Arulmigu Sri Santhanamariamman Thirukovil at Karimedu, Madurai, but sofar no order has been passed. Hence, the present writ petition is filed. 4.In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion, this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2018 on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 04.08.2018.
