ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 herein to settle the insurance amount for the loss occurred due to the Gaja Cyclone to the petitioner's shop viz., New Alamelu Fancy Store situated at 88, Allah Koil Street, Pattukkottai, Thanajvur District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent would submit that the third respondent settled the compensation amount of Rs.2,61,250/- to the petitioner and the said amount has been credited to the petitioner's account on 29.05.2020.

3.The said submission has not been disputed by the petitioner's counsel.

4.In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
