2.Though the respondent has been served he has not appeared either in person or through counsel.

3.Considering the averments made in the affidavit as well as the fact that the address of the petitioner/wife even in the original petition is given as Dindigul District, the petition is ordered as prayed for and H.M.O.P.No.54 of 2016 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District and transferred to the Sub Court, Dindigul. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
