Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the Respondents 1 to 4 from proceeding further on the basis of survey conducted by the Surveyor of the first respondent's Corporation to demolish any further extent of the land belongs to the petitioner by way of encroachment in respect of the land in Survey No.197/3 situated at No. 83/1, Cheran Street, Kamaraj Nagar, Airport, Trichy-7 to an extent of 2180 sq.ft. Without affording all sort of reasonable opportunity as per the direction of this Hon'ble Court in Para-6 of the order, dated 19.11.2018 passed in W.P(MD)No. 19195 of 2018 by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 06.06.2019 given to the Respondents 1 to 4 and also pass an appropriate order after considering the title documents of the petitioner and measurement made in assignment order and connected Old Revenue Records.
