The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in the order dated 09.04.2026 the para no.6(a) the satisfaction court has been wrongly mentioned as District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppuvanam instead of "Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai" and the same has to be corrected.

4. There is a typographical error, therefore in para no.6(a) instead of District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppuvanam it has to be corrected as "Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai".

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary correction and issue fresh order copy to the parties concerned.
