Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The writ petitioner is running a factory for crushing animals' bones. The petitioner has objection for the first respondent to open a school in the vicinity. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed for causing inspection by the departmental authorities.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted 3/6

4. In these circumstances, no purpose will be served in issuing the direction as sought for. This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
