RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings issued by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No. A3/3289/2017 dated 22.05.2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to lay a Tar Road on the southern side only more fully adjacent to the agricultural fields instead of proposed road on the northern side of Fathima Nagar to Sethurapatti Village, Trichy.
ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.JAMEEL ARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.K.BASKARAPANDIAN, Additional Government Pleader on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (ORDER OF THE COURT WAS MADE BY M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.) The grievance expressed by the petitioner by challenging the impugned order is that since lands have been acquired for the purpose of establishing IIIT, the persons in the locality have been denied of roads/pathway to their agricultural lands.

3. In inner page-3 - Typed set Page-16, in the second paragraph, some alternate suggestions have been made. Therefore, this Court requires the respondents to file a status report as to the implementation of the suggestions given in the said paragraph.
