Therefore, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised. As far as the petitioner in W.P(MD).No.13380 of 2019 is concerned, the local body became Municipality namely Musiri Municipality. If any grievance exists for the petitioner in W.P(MD).No.13380 of 2019, it is left open to him to adjudicate the same in the manner known to law.
