ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking police protection at the hands of the fifth respondent to facilitate survey her property. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police. 3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the first respondent, Surveyor, has issued survey notice to all the adjacent owners. While other adjacent land owners have no objection, the fifth respondent obstructed the surveyor. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The first respondent is now directed to issue fresh notice of his proposed survey of property to all the adjacent land owners including the first respondent and send a copy of the same to the fourth respondent, whereby, the fourth respondent may take such proper decision to facilitate the first respondent to perform his duty to survey the petitioner's property.
